Apple, Banana, and Corn shaved Ice dessert

Have fun on creating a very simple dessert that's definitely easy, healthy, and really cool for summer!

1 cup saba banana, sliced
1 cup apples, sliced
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup cereal or corned flakes
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup condensed milk
2 cups buko juice
A small slice of letche flan, for toppings
Shaved ice for about half the size of a large bowl

1. On a non-stick pan, pour the buko juice. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes, then add the brown sugar.
2. Add the sliced apples and bananas.
3. Mix everything well until the texture becomes syrupy. Then add the corn.
4. After 5 minutes, it's done or when the banana softens.
5. Then set it aside for about 10 minutes. While waiting, you can start shaving ice.
6. In a large bowl, pour corned flakes at the bottom. Then start putting the shaved ice until it's half full or 3/4 full it's up to you.
7. Pour condensed milk on the shaved ice. Then put the syrupy fruit mixture apple, banana, and corn on top.
8. Top it with a small slice of letche flan

Serves: 3-4
