TUNA WITH HORSE RADDISH LEAVES

(SERVES 6)


INGREDIENTS:



* 3 cups tuna flakes
* 1 medium bundle young horse raddish leaves, removed leaves, washed
* 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
* 1 whole onion, pared, finely sliced
* 1 cup of water
* salt to taste


PROCEDURE:



* Preheat the frying pan, add the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion.
* Put the tuna flakes and stir well then pour the water and wait until it boils season it with salt.
* Add the horse raddish leaves and wait until it half done.
* Serve while hot.


MORE TIPS:



* You can also use sweet potato top leaves aside from horse raddish top leaves.
* You can also add shrimp on the recipe to make it more delicious.
