SAUTEED TOMATO WITH ONIONS

(SERVES-5)

 

INGREDIENTS:


* ¼ kilo tomatoe, washed, divided into 4 equal parts
* 2 whole onions, pared, finely sliced
* 2 tavblespoons salted fish, boneless
* 3 tablespoons vegetable cooking oil
* salt to taste


PROCEDURE:



* Preheat the frying pan and put the cooking oil and add the onions and tomatoes.
* Pour the salted fish and stir well.
* Season it with salt and wait until it boils.
* Ready to serve.



MORE TIPS:



* You can also add onion leaves on the mixture.
* You can also saute the tomatoes on salted fish.
* Aside from onion you can also use egg to the mixture but do not add the salted fish anymore and use salt to season the recipe.
* You can also saute the tomatoe only in salted fish without the onion.
