(7-8 servings)


*1 kilo Pork meat, boneless
*3 tablespoons soy suace
* 4 gloves of garlic, finely minced
*1/4 cup white vinegar
*1/2 cup tomato paste
*1 tablespoon of sugar
*1/2 cup lemon juice or extract


*Slice the pork into diagonal shape, at least an inch.
*Mix the soy sauce, garlic, white vinegar, white sugar and the pork meat.
*Marinate it for a couple of hour, put it inside the chiller, at least for 2 hours.
*Prepare the barbeque stick toss the barbeque.
*Grill the meat for 30 minutes and another 30 minutes at the other side.
Cook until tender.
* Ready to serve.

MORE TIPS:                      

*You can also add lemon instead of calamansi.
*You can also add black ground pepper.
