*1/4kilo pork with fat, cut into small pieces
*2 ampalaya (bitter melon) sliced to bite size pieces
*2eggplants, sliced to bite size pieces
*5pieces of okra, cut into two
*1/4 kilo of string beans (cut by 2”)
*2 tomatoes (sliced)
*3 horse radish gourd (malunggay fruit) cut by 2”
*5cloves of garlic, minced
*2tbsp of onions, diced
*1teaspoon of ginger, crushed and sliced
*3tbsp of bagoong isda or alamang (fish fry)
*1tbsp of oil
*1/2 cup of water
*salt and pepper to taste


*In a cooking pan, heat oil and fry the pork until brown.
*Saute garlic, onion, ginger and tomatoes.
*Put all the vegetables and add water with bagoong.
*Salt and pepper to taste.
*Serve with hot plain rice.


*Could also use green papaya (sliced thinly)
*Add bamboo shoot and hat chili
*river spinach (kangkong) and abitsuelas could be added.
