LAPU–LAPU FISH WITH OYSTER SAUCE

(8-10 SERVINGS)

 INGREDIENTS:        



*1kIlo fish meat (Lapu-lapu), cleaned and deboned, sliced in diagonal shape
*2 tablespoons vegetable oil
*5 gloves of garlic, finely chopped
*2 tablespoons oyster sauce
*2 tablespoons sesame oil
*2 bell pepper, cube sliced
*2 carrots, sliced into thin stripped
*2 stolk celery, chopped
*1 whole onion, chopped

PROCEDURE:



*Put the fish into steamer, let it steam for 5 minutes.
*Saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil.
*Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, red pepper, carrots and celery.
*Add fish and season it with spices.
*Cook for another 2 minutes.
* Ready to serve.

MORE TIPS:



*You can also add vessel leaves or laurel leaves to enhance the flavor and the smell.
