(4-5 servings)

* 1 medium bamboo shoot, stripped or shredded slice
* 3 Pieces egg, slightly beaten
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
*5 gloves of garlic, finely minced
*2 whole pieces of onion, stripped slice
*2 pieces tomatoes, finely stripped
*1 tablespoon butter / margarine
*Salt to taste

*Remove the outermost covering or skin of the bamboo shoot. Cut the middle of the bamboo shoot, and then slice it into strip.
* Prepare the frying pan to saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
* It is much better if you are going to slice the bamboo shoot into a thinner slice and set aside.
* Saute garlic, onion and potato until golden brown or until the potato is already cooked.
* Add the shredded or stripped bamboo shoots. Cook for at least 10 minutes.
*Add the egg , salt and ground black pepper.
*Serve with hot rice.

*You can also use margarine instead of butter.
 * It is better if you will slice the bamboo shoot in thiny slices, which is easier to cook.
*You can also add chicken cubes.
*You can also add more design like parshly leaves or spring onion.
