FILIPINO SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS:


* 1 kilo of spaghetti noodle
* 1/4 kilo of ground beef
* 1/4 kilo of ground pork
* 1/4 kilo of hotdog, sliced diagonally
* 1 kilo gram of tomato sauce
*1/2 cup of condense milk
*3 tbsp of liver spread or ground liver
*2 bell pepper, sliced
* 1 head garlic, minced
* 2 onions, chopped
* 2 tbsp of garlic oil
*1 cup of water
* 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
* 1/2 cup of grated cheese
* 3 tbsp of cheese spread, if any

PROCEDURE:

* Cook spaghetti noodle according to package instruction.
* In a sauce pan or wok, saute garlic and onion.
* Add ground beef, ground pork ,and  bell pepper.
* Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
* Add all the ingridients. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
* Pour spaghetti sauce on top of the noodle.

MORE TIPS:

* Serve with tabasco sauce or hot chili sauce.
* More grated cheese to taste.
* Serve with garlic bread.
