CREAMY (SANTOL) WITH MEAT

(5-6 servings)


INGREDIENTS:

*1/2 kilo pork meat, small cubed
*2 strands onion leaves, chopped
*5 gloves garlic, finely minced
*1/2 ginger, finely minced
*1 tablespoon garlic powder
*2 glasses of water
*1 teaspoon ground black pepper
*1 teaspoon of sugar
* 1 ½ evaporated milk

 

PROCEDURE:



*Heat the frying pan over a medium heat.
*Saute garlic, ginger and onion.
*Add the pork meat cook until it turns golden brown.
*Put the (santol), stir occasionally.
*Sprinkle the chili powder and then put the evaporated milk, cover and leave. Let it boil until (Santol) will turn into golden brown.
* Ready to serve.

MORE TIPS:  



*You can also use coconut powder dissolved in hot water.
*To add more design, slice circular shape of cocumber.
