BLACK BEANS WITH PORK

(Serves 8-10)

INGREDIENTS:



* 1 kilo pork chopped, washed, chopped into small shape
*4 cups black beans, boiled
* 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
* 1 whole onion, pared, finely sliced
*4 cups water
*2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
* 3 tablespoons vegetable cooking oil
*salt to taste

 

PROCEDURE:



* Preheat the frying pan and put the cooking oil, saute the garlic, onion and ginger until golden brown.
* Put the pork chopped and stir for at least 2 minutes then add the black beans and mix well.
* Pour the water and wait until it boils, season it with salt and wait again for a couple of minute.
* Ready to serve with hot rice.

MORE TIPS:



* You can also add string beans on the mixture for a delicious menu.
* You can also use salted fish to saute the pork to enhance the flavor.
* Aside from string beans you can also add cabbage.
