BEEF CUCUMBER WITH QUAIL EGG

(4-5 servings)

INGREDIENTS:



* ½ kilo beef, thinly sliced
*2 pieces cocumber, skinned and sliced into circular
* 10 pieces quil eggs
*1 whole onion, finely minced
*2 tablepoons flour  
*1 cup of water
* salt to taste

PROCEDURE:



*Boil the quil egg into casirole over a maximum of 2 minutes. Remove the skin of the quail egg and set aside.
*Saute garlic and onion until golden brown.
* Add the beef and cook over a maximum of 20 minutes.
*When the beef are smooth and tender, add the cocumber and egg.
*In a clean bowl, dissolved flour into cup of water.
*Por the dissolved flour into the mixture and contunue stirring. If you notice that the substances seemed to be tick, it is ready to serve.


MORE TIPS:



*You can also add bell pepper for additional ingredients to be more colorful and may add more beauty into the eyes.
*You can also use chicken egg as substitute to quail egg.
*You can also use bread crumbs intstead of flour to thicken the sauce or soup.
