BLACK BEANS WITH PORK

(Serves 8-10)

INGREDIENTS:



* 1 kilo pork chopped, washed, chopped into small shape
*4 cups black beans, boiled
* 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
* 1 whole onion, pared, finely sliced
*4 cups water
*2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
* 3 tablespoons vegetable cooking oil
*salt to taste

 

PROCEDURE:



* Preheat the frying pan and put the cooking oil, saute the garlic, onion and ginger until golden brown.
* Put the pork chopped and stir for at least 2 minutes then add the black beans and mix well.
* Pour the water and wait until it boils, season it with salt and wait again for a couple of minute.
* Ready to serve with hot rice.

MORE TIPS:



* You can also add string beans on the mixture for a delicious menu.
* You can also use salted fish to saute the pork to enhance the flavor.
* Aside from string beans you can also add cabbage.

VEGE GROUND PORK WITH QUAIL EGG

(SERVES 6-8)

 

INGREDIENTS:



* ½ kilo ground pork
*¼ kilo string beans, washed, cut into 1 inche long
* 4 pieces eggplant, sliced into circular shape
*10 pieces quail egg, boiled, shell removed
* 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons vegetable cooking oil
*salt to taste
* 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
* 1 whole onion, pared, finely sliced
* 3 cups of water

PROCEDURE:



* Preheat the frying pan, add the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion.
* Add the ground pork and stir until the pork are half done, put the string beans and pour the water.
* stir well and wait until it boils and add the eggplant, sprinkle the seasoning, salt to taste.
* Put the quail egg on top and wait until it boils.
* Ready to serve.


MORE TIPS:



* You can also use shrimp aside from ground pork for the recipe.
* You can also put osyter sauce on the mixture to have enhanced the flavor.
* You can also add carrots on the menu to look and taste so delicious.
* Aside from string beans you can also use bagiuo beans on the recipe.

SWEET LOAF OMELET

(SERVES 4-5)

INGREDIENTS:



* 2 cups meat loaf, sliced into small pieces
*3 eggs, beaten
* ¼ cup vegetable cooking oil
* salt to taste

PROCEDURE:



* Preheat the frying pan and add the cooking oil.
* Put the meat loaf and stir until golden brown.
* Add the egg and beat well, season it with salt and wait until the egg is already cooked.
* Ready to serve while hot.

 MORE TIPS:



* You can also put cheese on the mixture for cheesy and creamy flavor that your family can enjoy the food.
* You can also dip into the ketsup for better taste.

PORK BITTER MELON OMELLET

(SERVE 5-6)

INGREDIENTS:



* ¼ kilo ground pork
* ½ kilo bitter melon (ampalaya), washed, halves, seeded, sliced in stirps
* 4 eggs, beatin
* 1 whole onion, pared, finely sliced
* salt to taste

 

PROCEDURE:



* Preheat the frying pan and put the cooking oil then saute the garlic and onion.
*Add the ground pork and stir well and put the bitter melon mix carefully.
* Put the eggs and beat well, season it with salt and continue stirring util the eggs are already done.
* Serve while hot with hot rice.                                                             

 

MORE TIPS:



*You can also use shrimp aside from pork.
*You can also put oyster sauce on the mixture to enhance the flavor of the recipe.
* Put and mix some salt to lessen the bitter taste of the bitter melon.

KIDNEY BEANS WITH BITTER MELON

(SERVES 5)

INGREDIENTS:



* 2 cups kidney beans, boiled, drained
* 1 kilo bitter melon, halves, seeded, silced in strips
* 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
* 1 whole onion, pared, finely sliced
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 4 cups of water
* salt to taste

 

PROCEDURE:



* Preheat the frying pan and add the cooking oil then saute the garlic and onion.
* Put the boiled kidney beans and mix well, pour the water and wait until it boils.
* Add the bitter melon and season it with salt then cover it and wait for at laest 2 minutes.
* Ready to serve.

MORE TIPS:



* You can also add shrimp on the mixture to have a great and delicious recipe.
* You can also use salted fish to enhance the flavor of the recipe.
* You can also add mung beans noodles/sotanghon on tne menu.
