Bamboo Shoot Omelete


* 4 eggs, slightly beaten

* 2 whole medium bamboo shoots, cleaned, sliced in long strips

* 1 whole onion, sliced

* 1/4 cup cooking oil

* salt to taste


* Boil the bamboo shoot until it is already cooked, drain and set aside.

* Put the beaten egg on a container then add the bamboo shoot and stir.

* Preheat the frying pan and put the cooking oil and wait until it boil.

* Put the mixture and fry.

* Wait until it cooked to both sides then serve while hot with rice.


* Put some seasoning mix aside from salt.

* You can also dip into ketsup or you can also make your own sauce if you desire.
